BSSID of AP.
Set 00:00:00:00:00:00 to use the MAC address stored in the flash of
the wireless card itself. If this is the second virtual AP on this
card it will automatically set the locally assigned bit. If there
are more than 2 virtual APs on a single card this field MUST be
set.
When the device is operating in STA mode the MAC address of the
wireless interface can be configured.
