Specifies the mapper id, unique within a roe entity.
1 - when structure-agnostic mode (tunneling or line-coding aware) is selected.
1..80 - when structure-aware mode is selected.
The following default mapper-id assignment for sa-type is
recommended when structure-aware mode is selected:
1 - 64 for AxC data
65 for fast C&M
66 for slow C&M
69- 76 for VSD raw (covering VSD and Ctrl_AxC).
