The value of vRtrLdpNgGenLdpFrr specifies whether fast reroute of LDP
tunnel is enabled or disabled.
When the value of vRtrLdpNgGenLdpFrr is set to 'true' fast reroute of
LDP tunnel is enabled and when vRtrLdpNgGenLdpFrr is set to 'false'
fast reroute of LDP tunnel is disabled.
When disabling vRtrLdpNgGenLdpFrr, the setting for FRR via
segmented-routing tunnel stitching (vRtrLdpNgGenFrrSRStitch) must also
be disabled.
