The value of vRtrLdpNgGenLabelWithdrawalDelay specifies the time
interval, in seconds, LDP will delay for the withdrawal of FEC-label
binding it distributed to its neighbours when FEC is deactivated. When
the timer expires, LDP then sends a label withdrawal for the FEC to
all its neighbours. This is applicable only to LDP transport tunnels
(ipv4 prefix FECs) and is not applicable to Pseudowires (service
FECs).
A value of 0 indicates that vRtrLdpNgGenLabelWithdrawalDelay is
disabled.
