The value of vRtrLdpNgGenFrrSRStitch specifies whether fast reroute of
LDP tunnel via a segmented-routing tunnel is enabled or disabled.
When the value of vRtrLdpNgGenFrrSRStitch is set to 'true' fast
reroute of LDP tunnel via SR tunnel is enabled and when
vRtrLdpNgGenFrrSRStitch is set to 'false' fast reroute of LDP tunnel
via SR tunnel is disabled.
Regular LDP FRR must be enabled via vRtrLdpNgGenLdpFrr in order to
enable FRR via segmented-routing tunnel stitching.
