The value of tmnxDiamApNqAvpNasPortIdPfixType specifies what type of
prefix will be added to the NAS-Port-Id attribute if included in
DIAMETER NASREQ messages.
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxDiamApNqAvp.
