configurable string to be added as prefix to the NAS-Port-Id attribute
if included in DIAMETER NASREQ messages.
This field is only applicable if the 'nasPortId' bit is set in
tmnxDiamApNqAvp and tmnxDiamApNqAvpNasPortIdPfixType is set to
'userString'.
