Enumeration
The status of the load measured on the input feed line. If the infeedCapabilities 'loadSense' bit is TRUE, then all of the states are supported. If the infeedCapabilities 'loadSense' bit is FALSE, then only the 'normal' and 'noComm' states are supported.
