Maximum frame size supported by ECFM is 9K,
following is the calculation for the maximum size of test-tlv supported
by ECFM :
18 bytes - Ethernet Header
4 bytes - CFM Header
4 bytes - Transaction-Id
1 byte - End Tlv
4 bytes - Data Tlv Over Head
9000 - 31 = 8969 bytes
As Frame Size value is varied to calculate the maximum Throughput
this value represents the unveriifed Frame Size with which last
throughput value calculated or to be calculated.
