Table with available duplex frequencies. Duplex frequency is the absolute value of difference between RX and TX frequency. In 1+1 HS and XPIC radio links, this table contains only values supported by both radios. In 1+1 FD radio link, managers have to know the allowable duplex frequencies of each channel. As such, this table is declared deprecated and replaced by combinedRadioDuplexFrequencyTable.
