milliseconds Integer32
The minimum amount of time in ms that the transmission of a new
message should delay after the last message is received through the
serial port.
This parameter is useful, especially for the half duplex transmission
mode, such as two-wire RS485 serial protocol.
It ensures that the connected device gets enough time to turn off
its transmitter and to turn on its receiver, so that it can receive
next message without a single bit loss.
