Indicates whether this ds3/e3 is channelized or
unchannelized. The value of enabledDs1 indicates
that this is a DS3 channelized into DS1s. The
value of enabledDs3 indicated that this is a DS3
channelized into DS2s. Setting this object will
cause the creation or deletion of DS2 or DS1
entries in the ifTable.
