Time to clear the SLPP Rx PDU counter. This has a maximum value of 86400 seconds. The timer starts when SLPP is enabled and port starts receiving SLPP SLPP PDUs. When the time exceeds this configured value, the SLPP Pkt Rx Count will be reset.
