This attribute indicates whether the port Tx multiframe is synchronized with Rx multiframe of another port and the slot position of that port. This operation is required in order to bypass signaling of PCM voice channels. Its value is always local(2) when the port isn't connected to any TDM bus. When it's value is local(2) there is no meaning to 'prtExPh1MlMfClkSrcPrt' parameter. In the ?004 Unit the entries io6(10)..io16) are not valid
