This object defines the Clear FWD Signal (A,B,C,D bits) for KVF.6 cards.
This object is an indication of Near PBX to the Far PBX,
that it wants to disconnect the call.
Applicable only if Disconnect Supervision (mdlDs) is different from disable.
Applicable only for KVF.6 cards.
It represents 4 parameters, by an Octet:
( Bit 7 = MSB, Bit 0 = LSB )
D Bit - bits 6,7 of the MSB nibble,
C Bit - bits 4,5 of the MSB nibble,
B Bit - bits 2,3 of the LSB nibble,
A Bit - bits 0,1 of the LSB nibble.
For each of A,B,C,D Bits:
00 = 0,
01 = 1,
10 = reserved,
11 = x.
For A,B Bits - only one of them can be 'x' (not both at the same time).
For C,D Bits - 'x' won't be in use.
When the object is not applicable, a 0 Octet will be sent.
