Object
This parameter controls Transmit Start Bin number. For ADSL Annex A - range of values is 6 to 31. For ADSL Annex B - range of values is 33 to 63. Frequency (in khz unit) is calculated by multiplying this parameter value by bin bandwidth (4Khz)
