The battery test is a diagnostic test (also referred to as battery monitoring test).
The test will be performed on the day stated in upsAdvTestDiagnosticDay
and at the time stated in upsAdvTestDiagnosticTime.
The result can be read in upsAdvTestBatteryConditionStatus.
1 = Never
2 = Weekly
3 = biweekly
4 = Every 4 weeks
5 = Every 8 weeks
6 = Every 12 weeks
7 = Every 26 weeks
8 = Every 52 weeks
