selected control sensor humidity is below the
setpoint. At the top of this range, the
humidification mode outputs at 100%. The deadband
does not apply to PID-controlled modes.  Measured in
tenths of percent relative humidity.
A value of -2147483648 indicates that this OID does
not apply to this device due to its configuration.
