This object indicates the units of measurement used in
describing the Estimated Working Length of a circuit.
Following are the details of each of the units:
              
    none(1)     - Indicates that the Spectral Compliance is
                  NOT dependant on the 'ConfEWL' object.
    feet(2)     - The 'ConfEWL' is measured and configured
                  in feet.
    meters(3)   - The 'ConfEWL' is measured and configured
                  in meters.
