Value 1 indicates that the port with the highest priority is the blocked port; value 2 indicates that an intermediate port in the SEP segment is the blocked port; value 3 indicates that the blocked port is specified based on the number of hops; value 4 indicates that the blocked port is specified based on the device name and port name.
