Enumeration
The object is the PoE maximum mode enable. This is the same control as
the physical DIP switch.

pseMaxAuto(1) PSE maximum mode auto enabled
pseMaxForce(2) PSE maximum mode force enabled
The maximum power supplied is dependent upon the part number. For instance:
'8991S' devices can supply a maximum power of 30W
'8991T' devices can supply a maximum power of 60W
'8991U' devices can supply a maximum power of 75W
'8991V' devices can supply a maximum power of 90W
