This object is the PoE PD heartbeat IPv4 or IPv6 address to ping.
Setting this object also impacts the ostPoePortHeartbeatIpAddress
returned value. If an IPv4 address is written to this object the
two objects return the same value. If this object is set with an IPv6
address then ostPoePortHeartbeatIpAddress returns an all zeros value.
