The value of the variable during the last sampling
period. The value during the current sampling period
is not made available until the period is completed.
Note that if the associated value nwtControlSampleType
is set to 'deltaValue', the value of this object is the
difference in the sampled variable since the last
sample. If the value of nwtControlSampleType is
'averageValue', the value of this object is the average
value of the selected variable over the sampling
interval.
