The requested number of discrete sampling intervals
over which data should be saved in the part of the
nwtHistoryTable associated with this sampled variable.
When this object is modified, the agent should set
nwtControlHistoryBucketsGranted as closely to this
object as is possible for the particular agent
implementation, the local policy, and available
resources. If the size of the history is increased, no
history data will be lost. If the size of the history
is decreased, the oldest samples will be discarded as
necessary.
