Object
A printable string which uniquely, and permanently,
identifies one particular 'instance' of the attribute.
For example, if nwtControlAttributeClass specifies an
attribute of a NetWare volume,
nwtControlAttributeInstance will specify the volume to
which this particular instance pertains.
A zero-length string will be returned if the attribute
can not have multiple instances.
