The number of NQA operation completions received with
an unexpected sequence identifier. For all other values
of nqaAdminCtrlType this object will remain zero.
When this has occurred some of the possible reasons maybe:
- a duplicate packet was received
- a response was received after it had timed-out
- a corrupted packet was received and was not detected
