This object defines the speed of the Frame Relay port. The speed may only be set to one of a series of reasonable values, and if an attempt is made to set the speed to a value which is within the valid range but not equal to one of these values, the speed will be rounded up. If the connector type of the port is RS232, the port could be a standard port or a high speed port. If the port is a high speed RS232 port, the maximum valid speed is 256000. If the port is a standard RS232 port, the maximum valid speed is 64000 on the FRX4000/SS1840 and 19200 on all other products. It may be possible to set the speed of a standard RS232 port to a speed which is valid for a high speed RS232 port but invalid for a standard RS232 port. In this case, the port may not end up having the invalid speed. The default speed for a standard RS232 port on the FRX6000 is 19200.
