See SNMPv2-TC. The following values are supported:
active(1). The object always reads active.
createAndGo(4). A new conceptual row is created representing
a new interface group.
destroy(6). The connection is terminated and deleted. An
interface group can be destroyed only if it has no member
interfaces.
