This object identifies the instance of the
index for the X.25 circuit open to the peer
mapped by this table entry. The well known
value {0 0} indicates no connection
currently active. For multiple connections,
this identifies the index of a multiplexing
table entry for the connections. This can
only be written to configure use of PVCs
which means the identified circuit table
entry for a write must be a PVC.
