Object
A value of 'true' indicates that MEPID of the target MEP is used for
SOAM LM frame transmission.
A value of 'false' indicates that the MAC address of the
target MEP is used for SOAM LM frame transmission.
This object can only be written at creation time and cannot be
modified once it has been created.
