LUM-TCFaultStatus
The traffic HW has been programmed by a version of the system that does not offer a supported upgrade path to the currently running version. This typically happens after a downgrade or rollback of the SW. The state of the traffic HW is formally unknown and further changes to the traffic configuration cannot be guaranteed. A reset of the traffic unit is recommended. This will cause a short traffic hit.
