This object is used to configure the shared secret
used during the tunnel authentication phase of
tunnel establishment. This object cannot be modified
when the tunnel is in a connecting or connected
state. This object MUST be accessible only via
requests using both authentication and privacy.
The agent MUST report an empty string in response
to get, get-next and get-bulk requests.
