This object defines whether this tunnel domain
requires that all tunnels are to be secured. The
value of ipsec(3) indicates that all tunnel packets,
control and session, have IP Security headers. The
type of IP Security headers (AH, ESP etc) and how
they are further described is outside the scope of
this document.
