Jitter is defined as the difference between the maximum and minimum round trip times measured over the course of a single test (jnxPingResultsMaxRttUs minus jnxPingResultsMinRttUs). If the measured jitter exceeds this threshold, a jnxPingRttJitterThresholdExceeded trap will be sent.
