The mode of operation of a rate-adaptive xTU-R in the transmit
direction.
Options:
1. manual (1) - No Rate-Adaptation. The initialization
process attempts to synchronize to a
specified rate.
2. rainit (2) - Rate-Adaptation during initialization process
only, which attempts to synchronize to a rate
between minimum and maximum specified values.
3. dynamic (3) - Rate-Adaptation during show time
