Alarm Service effect status. It is used to describe the Service effect of the alarm and is classified into two types. Options: 1. nonserviceaffect(1) -indicates the alarm is a non-service affecting condition. 2. serviceaffect(2) -indicates the alarm is a service affecting condition.
