Alarm control table. It is used to set the alarm level through the NMS or query the alarm list supported in the system. The information that can be queried includes the alarm ID, alarm name, alarm class, alarm type, alarm level, alarm default level, count of the alarm in the statistical period, count of the alarm in the previous statistical period and alarm management status. The index of this entry is hwAlarmID.
