Battery group state table. Through this table, the status parameter of a battery group can be set and queried. The indexes of this entry are hwEnvEmuIndex, hwPowerIndex, and hwBatteryIndex. hwEnvEmuIndex is the index of the monitored unit. hwPowerIndex is the index of the power supply monitored by the monitoring unit. hwBatteryIndex is the index of the monitored battery group.
