This object is used to configure the maximum number of bytes that can be requested through the CM using the SID cluster, including the number of request bytes that have been sent by the CM, and the total number of bytes with bandwidth unassigned and bytes with bandwidth assigned. 0 indicates no limit. The configuration takes effect after the CM goes online again. Default: 500000
