This object is used to configure the maximum time during which requests are sent by the CM using the SID cluster. The time starts from the time at which the first request is sent by the CM using the SID cluster and ends at the time at which the last request is sent. 0 indicates no limit. The configuration takes effect after the CM goes online again. Default: 5000
