affected), DST start and end time. The SysVars
SVM_DAYLIGHT_SAVINGS_START, SVM_DAYLIGHT_SAVINGS_END and
SVM_DAYLIGHT_SAVINGS_OFFSET will be erased. PML objects
DAYLIGHT-SAVINGS-START, DAYLIGHT-SAVINGS-END and
DAYLIGHT-SAVINGS-OFFSET may change.
