Identifies the date that the device was installed. The format
of the string is 'YYYYMMDDHHmmZ'. Where: \\
YYYY is the year. \\
MM is the month (1-12). \\
DD is the day (1-31). \\
HH is the hour of the day (0-23). \\
mm are the minutes (0-59). \\
'Z' designates Greenwich Mean Time; if 'Z' not specified,
value is local time. \\
Device POS must specify the conditions for setting this object
