Controls the conditions under which the bundle is activated.
The following settings are available:
              
   mfrBundleActivationClassA(1) - at least one must link up
   mfrBundleActivationClassB(2) - all links must be up
   mfrBundleActivationClassC(3) - a certain number must be
                                  up.  Refer to
                                  mfrBundleThreshold for
                                  the required number.
   mfrBundleActivationClassD(4) - custom (implementation
                                  specific).
