column ERICSSON-ALARM-TC-MIBEriAlarmIndex 
A unique value, greater than zero, for each
alarm. It is recommended that values are
assigned contiguously starting from 1. The value
for each alarm must remain constant at least from
one re-initialization of the entity to the next
re-initialization. Note that this index should
not be used for alarm synchronization purposes
since the 'logical' index for an alarm is
- eriAlarmActiveMajorType
     - eriAlarmActiveMinorType
- eriAlarmActiveManagedObject
