This object indicates a percentage accuracy, in hundredths
of a percent, of Energy usage reporting. eoEnergyAccuracy
is applicable to all Energy measurements in the
eoEnergyTable.
For example, 1010 means the reported usage is accurate to
+/- 10.1 percent.
This value is zero if the accuracy is unknown.
