'Register_Suppression_Time' defined in the PIM-SM
specification (RFC4601).
Note that configuring different values for this object for
different routers in the PIM domain might lead to
incorrect protocol operation.
This field is only relevant for PIM-SM. This field is
ignored if pimTmEntMgmdProxy is set to 'true', or 'sparse'
is clear for pimTmEntMode.
