to the 't_periodic' timer value defined in the PIM-SM
specification (RFC4601). A value of 0 represents an

Join/Prune messages should not be sent on this interface.
This field is only relevant for PIM-SM. It is ignored if
either
- pimTmEntMode is 'dense'
- pimTmEntMgmdProxy is 'true'.
