Object
Indicates whether DC-ISIS implements the procedures defined
in the IS-IS restart RFC (3847) for helping a peer to restart.
Note that this object has no effect on the local restart
behavior, and so may be set independently of
isisSysRestartActivationType and
isisSysRestartAutoResetType.
