Current Hour Errored Seconds threshold. This threshold is used for both the transmit and receive directions. When errors are detected that exceed this threshold and the corresponding bit in the frxAlertMask register is 0, the corresponding bit in the frxThCond register is set and a trap is generated (depending on the state of frxUPerfTrapEnable). Factory defaut is 40. Indexed by Bank.ChannelUnit.Port.Address
