At a given end of a 1+1 Hot Standby configuration, a CMU will raise an alarm to the management system when the measured receive level adjusted by antenna gain and feeder loss is less than that of its neighbor by more than the Antenna Receive Level Delta Threshold. The measurements are averaged over the most recent Antenna Receive Level Measurement Window.
